IntegrationsLemSubs is an AI-powered lifetime deal and subscription manager built specifically for the kind of buyer who has accumulated tools across a dozen platforms and has no clean way to see what they own, what they use, and what is silently draining value.
Most subscription trackers are built for streaming services and gym memberships. LemSubs is built for LTD collectors. It understands refund windows, platform tags, redemption codes, credit-based tools, and the specific chaos that comes with years of deal hunting. The result is a full-picture view of your software portfolio with AI that actually tells you what to do about it.
LemSubs treats your lifetime deal collection the way it deserves to be treated: as a portfolio. Every tool you own can be tagged by the platform you bought it on, whether that is Earlybird, AppSumo, or anywhere else, making your entire collection searchable, filterable, and visible inside a single dashboard.
No more hunting through old emails to figure out what you own. Attach receipts, invoices, and redemption codes directly to each purchase. Store vendor notes alongside each tool. Track credit-based tools separately with dedicated balance fields so you always know exactly what you have left to spend. With 60+ pre-loaded vendors already built in, adding your existing stack takes minutes, not hours.

This is where LemSubs separates itself from every other tracker on the market. The AI does not just show you what you own, it tells you what is going wrong with it.
Unused tools get flagged automatically. Forgotten purchases that have not been opened in months surface in your alerts. Redundant overlaps, tools you own that do the same job as something else in your stack, get grouped and surfaced so you can make an informed decision about what to actually use. You do not need to manually audit a spreadsheet every six months. LemSubs runs the audit for you and delivers the findings directly.

Missing a refund window on a tool you decided not to use is painful. LemSubs solves this with automated refund deadline alerts that notify you before windows close, giving you enough time to act.
Every lifetime deal with a refund period gets its own deadline tracked and alerted on automatically. You set it once and the platform handles the rest. For buyers who move fast across multiple platforms and purchases, this feature alone can pay for itself on the first deal cycle.

If you have been buying lifetime deals long enough, you have almost certainly bought four tools that do the same thing. LemSubs spots this. Its overlap detection groups tools by function across your entire portfolio and surfaces the duplicates so you can see exactly what you are sitting on.
With 60+ pre-loaded vendors already mapped to categories, the system can identify functional overlaps without any manual tagging on your end. You see which tools are competing for the same job in your stack, what you paid for each of them, and what you should probably consolidate. It is the kind of clarity that saves money on the next purchase just as much as it improves what you are doing with what you already own.

LemSubs gives your entire software stack a health score. Not just a list of tools, but a clear signal of which ones are pulling their weight and which ones are collecting dust.
The AI analyzes your usage patterns, spend data, and engagement signals across your portfolio and translates them into an actionable score. You can see at a glance whether your stack is in good shape or needs a cleanup. For serious LTD buyers managing dozens of tools, this kind of top-level view is the difference between a productive stack and an expensive one.
LemSubs does not just track lifetime deals. It handles your recurring subscriptions alongside them so everything lives in a single view. Monthly, annual, quarterly, and custom billing cycles are all supported, with multi-currency tracking for buyers operating across different regions.
A renewal calendar shows upcoming payments at a glance, with automated email alerts making sure nothing catches you off guard. Google Sheets sync, CSV import, Google Calendar integration, and Zapier webhooks mean LemSubs fits into whatever workflow you already use. The platform installs as a PWA on desktop, iOS, and Android, and no bank connection is ever required.

LemSubs includes team workspaces where members can collaborate on the stack, vote on what is actually useful versus what is sitting idle, and share visibility across the portfolio.
For agencies or small teams making collective purchasing decisions, this adds a layer of accountability that most subscription trackers completely ignore. Everyone can see what the team owns, what is being used, and what the AI is flagging as a waste, making buying decisions smarter for the whole group rather than just the person who made the purchase.

Your LTD collection deserves better than a spreadsheet and a prayer.

Hey Bird Gang 🐦
Hey there! I’m Deepak, founder of LemSubs and CEO of the Pearl Lemon Group. 6 businesses, 150+ global team members, and a software stack that got out of hand faster than anyone noticed.
I’ve been building businesses for over a decade. Featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, SEMrush. And like most operators at scale, I had a software problem I didn’t fully see until it was expensive.
One month, a $2,000 ChatGPT API bill landed. Shared keys, no usage caps, no visibility. Then we found two websites lost because domain renewals slipped through. Then a proper audit uncovered roughly $25,000 a year in dead software spend. Tools for old campaigns, overlapping subscriptions, platforms nobody had touched in months.
And that’s before we counted the lifetime deals. Bought with good intentions. Never properly adopted. Refund windows gone before we figured out they didn’t fit.
That was the wake-up call. I looked for a tool to fix it. Nothing did what we needed. So we built LemSubs.
What Problems Does LemSubs Solve?
Forgotten subscriptions quietly renewing for tools nobody uses. Domains expiring with no warning. Three teams paying for overlapping software without knowing it. Lifetime deals sitting unopened with no system for tracking adoption. Surprise billing events hitting before anyone can react.
Most operators aren’t losing money on one big software decision. They’re losing it through dozens of small ones nobody owns.
How Does LemSubs Solve This?
🗂️ One place for your entire stack: subscriptions, domains, lifetime deals, all of it
📅 Renewal calendar so nothing catches you off guard
💸 Spend dashboard that shows what your stack actually costs
🔁 Overlap detection to catch duplicate tools before they compound
📋 Lifetime deal tracking: what you bought, why, and whether it ever made it into your workflow
🔒 No bank access required. Ever.
Social Proof & Traction
🏢 Built inside a real operating group: 6 companies, 150+ team members
💸 $25,000/year in identified dead software spend before LemSubs existed
📉 2 websites lost to missed domain renewals
⚡ $2,000 surprise API bill that started the audit
🛠️ Built by Lem Studio: practical tools for operators, not dashboards for dashboards’ sake
What’s on the Roadmap?
✅ AI-powered recommendations on what to cut, replace, or renegotiate
✅ Multi-business support across separate stacks
✅ Team ownership so every tool has a named renewal owner
✅ Deeper LTD workflows for serious lifetime deal buyers
Why Trust LemSubs?
I’m not a developer who built this in theory. I lost real money to the exact problem LemSubs solves, across six businesses, with 150 people depending on tools that nobody was properly watching.
If your stack is growing faster than your visibility, that’s the problem this fixes.

Looked at the reviews and was impressed enough to give it a spin. Looks good. So far, was able to add a whole bunch of subscriptions and quite impressed with what they’ve done with the lifetime deal stuff. Good work, guys.
Tried earlybird and lemsubs for the first time and I’m pretty impressed. I was looking for something like this and the only alternative I found that was halfway useful was track my subs, but this ones way more useful!
Fan of the ability to add subscriptions as well as lifetime deal tools that I’ve bought, especially knowing that it allows me to add a refund window to remind myself to check in on it. Great tool, really practical, not seen something like this before.
Logged in, no issues, set up, up and running.
Thanks.
If you are an LTD collector, do yourself a favor: DO NOT just look at the current feature list. Look at the insane velocity of this team.
Here is my story: I found Lemsubs on Earlybird a while ago, registered a test account, and honestly… I passed on it. I have a massive stack of lifetime deals and I actually started designing the architecture to build my own internal custom solution to manage them all. But by pure chance, I decided to log back into Lemsubs recently.
I was completely blown away. The platform had evolved at a crazy, rapid pace. The UI was cleaner, bugs were squashed, and new features were dropping constantly. I immediately scrapped my own internal project because these guys are already doing it perfectly.
Another massive factor is the support. In the SaaS world, responsive support is everything. The founder is incredibly fast, listens to power users, and actually implements feedback. You aren’t just buying software; you are backing a dedicated team. I truly believe in this project and want to be part of their journey.
And here is the real FOMO for you all: we are moving fast into the world of Agentic AI. I won’t spill all the roadmap secrets, but the developers completely understand this shift. If you are an LTD collector aiming to build a “one-person unicorn” business and eventually connect your tool stack with digital workers, this is the foundational tool you need. Grab it while it’s still here!
Since the big bugs have been quickly cleared out on desktop and mobile I’ve been able to set up my workspace and really get into using the tool. It’s been great to track my spending and has been actually fun to use. While there’s still room for growth. I definitely judged too early.
The site might be helpful if it worked, but it is incredibly buggy on mobile. I haven’t been able to test on desktop, but on mobile it’s unusable. After adding a new sub I have to close the site and come back. Much of the bottom gets hidden or cut off due to overlapping divs. The subs page doesn’t scroll after editing a sub. Editing and switching views isnt possible after adding a new sub. These are just the obvious bugs, but ive found many more. First time buying from earlybird might be my last
Got a Question? Ask here.
What is the purpose of the workspace here?
Hey there – https://lemsubs.com/features/workspaces hope this helps! If you don’t want to click through: The Difference is Clear
Without Workspaces
✗
All subscriptions lumped into one giant list
✗
No way to see what Marketing spends vs Engineering
✗
Client SaaS costs mixed with internal tools
✗
Manual spreadsheet splits to get per-department totals
With Workspaces
Clean, scoped views for each team, client, or project
Per-workspace dashboards show exactly who spends what
Client billing becomes a quick workspace-filtered view
One-click switching between contexts with no data bleed
Workspaces help you organize your subscriptions.
You can group subscriptions by project, business, or team — for example, one workspace for personal tools and another for your company.
This makes it easier to track spending and manage everything separately.
Hi Deepak,
Looks like a slick product. I’ve built a basic document in Notion that calculates what I’ve spent on LTD’s and whether I’ve saved with usage months on monthly sub costs. A few questions;
1)Do you have any import options – Notion, csv?
2)Is there a way the platform ‘knows’ if you are using a product – or is the ‘unused’ metric based on manual Input on when you last used the product?
3)Can we connect Claude API token spend as a cost to monitor?
4)On the positive side can we see how much we saved if we used our LTDs with LTD cost – (month used x monthly sub)?
Kind Regards,
Matt
Hey Matt thanks buddy! Great effort on the Notion part my man!
Sooooo:
1) CSV we have (will investigate Notion imports directly!
2) Only manual input atm – we’re discussing automation in some fashion for this
3) Yes we have it (might be a tad buggy but if you spot any issues we’d fix!) but yes it works!
4) This is actually pencilled to go live this week ha! Loads of upgrades coming this week actually!
Hope this helps bud!
Manual entry is nice for security but it will be a HUGE time suck to migrate from an existing spreadsheet with hundreds of entries. Any solution for importing an existing list?
You don’t need to enter everything manually 👍
CSV Import — Export your spreadsheet as a CSV, then upload it using our CSV import tool. It automatically maps your columns to our fields.
Google Sheets Sync — Connect your Google Sheets account in Settings → Integrations. Smart matching will import all your data quickly, no renaming needed.
Both options can handle hundreds of subscriptions in just a few minutes, so migration is fast and easy.
Hi Deepak,
Thanks for your asnwers to my previous question, I’m delighted to hear you have a ‘LTD savings’ type feature coming out soon.
I don’t know how much flexibility you have when it comes to ‘custom columns’ or ‘custom calculation’s but I was wondering if it would be possible to have ‘custom tables’ for calculation fields where we enter formula. Some of these would draw (have a relation) to previously entered columns.
So use case examples for different custom formula columns:
Table 1: Client Packages (One row per package_id, client, service name, start date, end date, monthly bill amount)
Table 2: Client Package Income (One row per platform, package_id (relation), platform_id (relation)
The platform could then show stats on which platforms are in actually in actve client use and used to bring in income – and conversely highlight platforms that have never been used for clients.
The same 2 table example could also be use for affliate schemes, link exchanges, referral discount schemes with other Sass companies etc – its reasonably normalised, although obviously not ‘perfect’.
I know this is a big ask but I’d love to use your platform for all calculations LTD related and not have to jump off and go back to Notion : )
Kind Regards,
Matt
Great news — Custom Fields & Computed Columns are live in LemSubs! 🎉
Add Custom Fields to any subscription (text, numbers, dates, URLs, yes/no) and use Computed Columns to automatically track metrics like Cost per Day, Annual Cost, Days to Renewal, Lifetime Spend, Cost per Seat, and LTD ROI %.
Toggle them in your table view and export them to CSV.
Try it out and share your feedback — your ideas help shape what’s next!
How does the LTD portfolio work?
Does AI auto fill in what the tool does etc and auto classify them?
Great question 👍
The LTD portfolio is mainly for tracking your lifetime deals and seeing your ROI over time.
Right now, it’s not AI-based. Instead:
* We use a vendor catalog to auto-fill details (like category, logo, etc.) if the tool is recognized
* If it’s not in the catalog, you can add it manually
* LTDs are tracked as one-time purchases, and we calculate savings and break-even for you
So it’s smart and fast to use, but not fully AI auto-classified yet.
1) You mention in one comment that direct Notion import might be coming.
Direct Notion import would make this an instant purchase for me!! I have 13 years of LTDs tracked on a very complex Notion dashboard that I started building in 2017. So many things have changed (both in LTD world and Notion itself) that my once powerful database is a bit of a mess. I’d love a new way to start from scratch, but I can’t lose all of the info, links, screenshots, notes that I already have in my own system.
The csv option is great, but so many of my entries have links and images, I am not sure how that would be handled.
2) Also not sure if I add a deal from 2012 how LemSubs would locate the terms for that deal. I have screenshots for that.
Thanks for sharing — this really helps!
Notion import is something we’re planning. We know CSV isn’t enough for setups like yours with links, images, and notes, so keeping that data safe is important to us.
For old deals, LemSubs won’t find the terms automatically, but you can add your own details, screenshots, and notes easily.
This is exactly the kind of use case we’re building for 🙌

How does the Overlap Detection work?
And also I see categories presetn are pre-set but they are very generic and broad i.e. “Marketing” – can they be more personalised i.e .”SEO” etc or subcategories of the broad categories?
And also can apps be tagged with multiple categories or does it haev to be a single category?
Great questions!
1) Overlap Detection:
It automatically checks your active tools and flags when you’re using multiple tools that do similar things, or when you have too many tools in the same category.
2) Categories:
Right now, categories are broad (like “Marketing”). For more detail, you can use Tags (e.g. SEO, Email, Social), which are fully customizable.
3) Multiple categories:
Each app has one category, but you can add multiple tags to organize it however you like.
Hope that helps! 🙌

How do you expect me to purchase the tool if you don’t have a support email on your website? The only Youtube review is 2 minutes with 170 negative and 0 positive? Would you make a video of how you add/group subscriptions showcasing features and your product? As there are reviews that say it is full with bugs?
Don’t know how we missed that – the email is [email protected] will be added today – and another updated tutorial video will be coming tomorrow! Bear with us will be resolved in 36 hours! (the video that is)
any chance you guys can come up with a way to integrate with appsumo and automatically import everything? i don’t have time to manually add 400+ deals.
Hey buddy this is something that a couple of people have mentioned to us now actually so take a look at this and let us know if this can help you with what you’re looking for this is just rolled out in the last couple of days so apologies if there’s any bugs https://lemsubs.com/help/appsumo-bulk-import
