Overview
Most social media tools solve one piece of the puzzle: scheduling, or analytics, or inbox management, and leave you stitching everything together. Aidelly is built as an end-to-end agentic workflow: from content ideation and drafting through approval, scheduling, publishing, and reporting, all in one place.
AI Content Creation and Platform Adaptation
Aidelly lets you describe what you want in plain language, and the AI drafts the content for you: text, captions, hooks, and all. But where it actually earns its keep is what happens next: rather than pasting the same post into seven different tools and hoping it fits, Aidelly automatically rewrites and reformats each piece of content to match the platform it’s being published on.
One approved post becomes six platform-native versions: the LinkedIn write-up, the TikTok caption, the Instagram carousel text, the X thread opener, all adapted without you touching them. For teams and solopreneurs who have been manually reformatting content for years, this alone removes a full day of weekly work. The AI also generates images directly from within the dashboard, so there’s no tab-switching to Canva or Midjourney mid-workflow.

Multi-Platform Publishing Across Channels
Aidelly connects to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Bluesky, Pinterest, Threads, and Google Business, and publishes to all of them on a schedule you set. It handles the full range of content formats: text posts, images, carousels, Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok videos.
The scheduling workflow is designed to work in batches. A typical flow looks like this: on Monday, the AI generates a week of post ideas, you approve them, and everything is queued across all platforms for the week. On Sunday you get a performance report. You’ve touched social media twice: once to approve, once to review. For anyone who has tried to maintain a consistent posting cadence while running an actual business, this shift is significant.

Unified Inbox for Comments and DMs
Aidelly pulls every comment and DM from every connected platform into a single inbox. No more logging into six apps to check what people said, no more missed replies because a comment got buried in a notification tab you rarely check.
The inbox also surfaces AI-drafted reply suggestions for each message. You review, tweak if needed, and send with one click. For brands getting volume on their posts, this changes the math on community management, so you can stay genuinely responsive without it consuming your day. The same inbox handles both public comments and private DMs, so the full conversation layer across all platforms is in one place.

Keyword DM Automation
When someone comments a specific keyword on one of your posts, Aidelly automatically sends them a DM with whatever message you’ve set up. This is particularly powerful for giveaways, lead magnets, and product launches, the kind of thing that typically requires a Manychat subscription and a Zapier workflow duct-taped together.
The automation is unlimited in terms of keywords you can set up, and it works natively within Aidelly without needing an external tool. If you run comment giveaways, use keyword triggers to deliver lead magnet links, or want to automate initial DM outreach on Instagram, this is built in and ready to configure in minutes. It’s the feature that moves Aidelly from “scheduler with AI” into actual workflow automation territory.

Team Collaboration and Approval Workflows
Aidelly supports multi-user workspaces with role-based access. You can invite team members as collaborators who can create drafts, review content, approve posts, and publish, depending on the role you assign them. This makes it workable for agencies managing multiple clients or internal marketing teams where a founder or CMO needs final sign-off before anything goes live.
The approval layer sits inside the same workflow as everything else, so there’s no exporting drafts to a Google Doc for review or using a separate project management tool to track what’s been approved. Content moves from AI draft to human review to scheduled publish entirely within Aidelly. For agencies in particular, this is the kind of workflow tightening that shows up directly in how many accounts you can manage without adding headcount.

Developer Integration: API, MCP, and CLI
Aidelly is built to work with the rest of your stack, not just as a standalone tool. It exposes a REST API, works as an MCP server, and includes a CLI, meaning any tool that speaks HTTP or MCP can create, schedule, and publish content through Aidelly programmatically.
For developers building AI workflows, this is a significant unlock. You can wire Aidelly into Claude, n8n, custom agents, or any automation stack and have your AI-generated content flow directly into social publishing without any manual handoff. The MCP server compatibility in particular makes it a natural fit for anyone already working in agentic environments. It’s one of the few social media tools that treats developers as a first-class user.

Aidelly FAQ
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, Bluesky, Pinterest, Threads, and Google Business.
Text posts, images, carousels, Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok videos. Aidelly adapts your content to each platform automatically.
A workspace is a self-contained environment for one brand or client. Each has its own connected social accounts, calendar, brand voice, automations, and inbox. AI Credits are shared from one pool across all your workspaces.
Yes. Each brand or client gets its own workspace with separate social accounts, content calendar, brand voice, and inbox. Nothing bleeds between workspaces. Available from Tier 2 onwards.
Yes. Aidelly works as an MCP server, REST API, and CLI tool. Any agent that speaks HTTP or MCP, including Claude, n8n, or your own custom agent, can create, schedule, and publish content through Aidelly programmatically.
Every AI action pulls from your monthly credit pool: text drafts, captions, image generation, and vision all use credits. Credits reset each billing cycle. Tier 1 gets 1,000/month, Tier 2 gets 5,000/month, Tier 3 gets 20,000/month. Publishing to all platforms except X is free and does not touch your credits
X is the only platform with a per-post API fee, introduced in early 2026. Every other platform is free to publish to and does not touch your credits.
Credit cost when publishing to X: 2 credits for a plain tweet, 22 credits for a tweet with a link, and threads are charged per tweet. Drafting and scheduling are free. The charge only fires on publish.
Daily tweet limits (rolling 24 hours, across all workspaces): Launch 10/day, Scale 50/day, Agency 100/day.
When someone comments a specific keyword on your Instagram post, Aidelly automatically sends them a DM with whatever message you’ve set up. Used for giveaways, lead magnets, and link delivery.
No. Every post requires your sign-off before it goes live. Nothing publishes until you say so.

From the Founder
Hey Bird Gang 👋
I’m Wilzer. Co-Founder of Aidelly.
I built this because I lived the problem. And if you’re a small business owner, I’m guessing you have too.
How it started
My wife and I ran a web design agency called JB Tech Solutions. We were good at the actual work. Building sites, delivering projects, keeping clients happy. But marketing ourselves while running the business at the same time? That was a whole different thing.
We knew we needed to stay visible online. We just never had the time or energy to do it consistently. So we’d go weeks without posting, then scramble to catch up, then disappear again.
We were doing the same thing we saw every small business owner around us doing. Too busy doing the work to market the work.
So we decided to pivot. We built the tool we wished we had when we were running JB Tech. That tool is Aidelly.
What Aidelly does
Aidelly is an agentic social media scheduler. It doesn’t just schedule what you write. It helps you create, schedule, and publish content across every major platform without logging into seven different apps or starting from a blank page every time.
You tell Aidelly what you want to post and when. It drafts platform-specific content, tailors it for each platform, and gets it out the door. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Bluesky, and Threads. All at once.
And if you’re technical, you can connect your own AI agents to Aidelly through our REST API or MCP server and automate the whole thing end to end.
Who it’s for
We built Aidelly for the small business owner who knows they should be posting consistently but isn’t, because it’s just too much to manage on top of everything else. That was us. That’s who we’re building for.
Solopreneurs, coaches, consultants, realtors, therapists, content creators, agencies. If you run a business and you need to stay visible online without it taking over your whole week, Aidelly’s for you.
Where we are right now
– Over 1,200 business owners are already using Aidelly to run their content
– We publish to 8 platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Bluesky, and Threads
– Bulk content creation lets you schedule up to 30 days of posts in a single session
– Integrated with Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Zapier, Make, and more via MCP and REST API
– Featured in Neil Patel’s best AI tools directory
– I use Aidelly every day to run my own content. It’s built into how I work
What’s coming
– Pinterest support
– Advanced analytics with AI-powered recommendations on what’s actually driving growth
– Expanded team collaboration tools for agencies managing multiple clients
– More agentic workflows so your AI can run even more of the process automatically
We’re not trying to be another scheduler. We’re building the content operating system for small business owners who want to stay consistent, stay visible, and stop letting social media be the thing that always falls through the cracks.

This is THE ONE!
If you are like me, you have been skimming the internet, trying to combine a bunch a different softwares to manage your social media while you try to do the actual job you are trying to use social media to promote! lol. In my monthly search, I found Aidelly! This software is zero learning curve, easy to manage, and has DM’s and comments on the same platform.
Aidelly has a really good ai set up that is trained to sound like you, without overdoing the ai. I tried followr and a couple others, and I had a harder time figuring out how to use my own photo for a post without ai trying to generate everything for me. Aidelly still feels human run and managed, with the support of ai.
You can store your photos on the platform, post to stories and reels, first comment, link in bio, automations ,and so much more! They have an idea board to put concepts together, an image editor that looks like it will be comparable to the simple things you would use canva for… ANDDDDD Support is swift! Reporting issues are EASY and response is quick and efficient!
Honestly, there are a bunch more features that I haven’t even wrapped my head around yet (like competitor spy features, deeper analytics etc) but i know when I find interest in social media to this depth, I won’t have to change platforms. I love my job… But I find the intense requirement to be on social media daunting. This platform has made it exciting enough that I can actually enjoy creating content! Thanks Aidelly!

Effortless Social Media Posting with Outstanding Support and Growing Features
I’m really glad I chose this powerful social media tool. It’s a true marketing powerhouse making daily posting quick and simple right out of the box, with so much potential to grow. The developer is incredibly responsive and helpful, always answering questions promptly and regularly adding new features to an already valuable platform. Highly recommend!

Founder very responsive to feedback
The founder is super responsive to feedback they actually listen, tweak things based on suggestions, and roll out changes fast. They keep chats open with stakeholders and check back to make sure updates are working and any issues are sorted. That kind of responsiveness builds trust and keeps things clear. Plus, they get promised features out quickly, delivering on time while keeping quality in mind.

Great Tool and Very Fast Support!!!
I’ve been testing Aidelly for a few days and want to share my honest experience.
What I like:
This tool is very different from other social media schedulers I tried before. Like Umar Lateef said, “This is the future of social media scheduling.”
I just chat with Aidelly like chatting with a professional copywriter, designer, marketer, content strategist and social media manager…all in one!
I tell it what I want to post, and it will write the content, create the image and schedule everything. All in one place, no need to open many tabs. The brand profile setup is very useful. I set my tone, writing style, content topics and even words I want to avoid! Once I set it, every post the AI generate will already sound like me. No need to explain my brand every time. It also adapt the tone per platform.
More professional on LinkedIn, more casual on other platforms. The Keyword DM feature is my favourite. When someone comments a specific word on my Instagram post, Aidelly will automatically send them a DM instantly! no Zapier, no third party integration, it is already built inside the tool. For lead capture, giveaways and funnels, this is very powerful.
I hope they will add the same feature for Facebook comments too. That would make it even more complete.Bugs I found but already fixed:
On the first day, I found two problems.
First, Facebook was showing wrong profile URL. It was reading my display name instead of my actual username.
Second, Bluesky was not connecting even though I already entered the App Password correctly.I send bug report to their support. Less than 24 hours, Wilzer from the team already fixed both and reply with clear explanation. For a new tool, this kind of support is really hard to find. Very happy with the response.
What I hope to see next:
Image watermark for branding, spam comment auto hide, auto like on comments, sentiment analysis, purchase intent detection from comments, Facebook Keyword DM, smart draft mode for AI suggested replies, and full white label. They already confirmed white label is coming so looking forward to that.Overall:
Aidelly is still new but already very solid. The team is serious and fast to fix problems. I think this is very worth it at this price. This is the future of social media scheduling
Highly recommended!!!May 15, 2026Reply-

Got a Question? Ask here.
Hi Wilzer, Aidelly looks great. A couple of questions:
Any plan to add Mastodon as a supported platform? I don’t see it on the Roadmap.
I was recently using another posting tool and I found an issue with it: when posting on Bluesky, hashtags go out as part of the post text but aren’t recognised by Bluesky as hashtags (normally hashtags on Bluesky are clickable links that show you posts with that hashtag). Does Aidelly handle hashtags correctly for Bluesky?
Thanks very much!
Peter.
Hi Peter, thanks for the questions. Mastodon currently isn’t on the roadmap but adding new social platforms is a high priority to us. Will definitely bring this up with the team and see how we can get it added!
Also yes, Aidelly handles hashtags correctly with Bluesky. Just type or add hashtags in Aidelly, and when it posts on Bluesky you’ll be able to click and see more posts with that same hashtag.
Thanks very much!
Hi Peter, we now have Mastodon support!
Awesome, thanks for the update!
Does Aidelly work properly in other languages? Will you localize Aidelly to other languages?
Hi thanks for the question. The UI is English for now, but the AI chat agent works in your language – just prompt it in your preferred language and it will respond accordingly. We have plans to add a preferred-language setting soon so it knows your language, with UI localization coming later.
Hi Max, great update, we now support Aidelly fully in 8 languages, both the dashboard and chat agent.
Do you have an ETA for the whitelabel feature and custom domain for the Agency Plan?
No ETA yet but it is being planned and we will give updates when the time comes. Stay tuned.
I’m planning to purchase Tier 3 and would like to resell your software as a white-label solution under my own brand.
I understand that long-term sustainability depends on credits, currently priced at USD 0.01 per credit, and I agree that it makes sense not to impose limits on workspaces, team members, or social connections, except for Twitter/X, given its higher associated costs.
That said, after reviewing your pricing, it appears that credit consumption can vary significantly depending on the task. My concern is that the current usage cost may become a barrier for resale. For LTD/Agency Plan customers, would you be open to offering a discounted overage rate below the current USD 0.01 per credit? If so, I’d appreciate hearing your best possible price.
There are two key considerations here. First, the rate should not be so low that it puts your margins at risk if costs increase in the future. Second, it should also not be set too high, since most of the support and marketing effort, roughly 80% of the total, will be handled on our side. In that context, you may ultimately earn more net profit from a lower margin spread across many resellers than from maintaining higher margins with end customers.
There’s no rush on this, so please feel free to take a few days to consider it. My goal is simply to find a pricing model that allows both sides to grow together fairly. If you can offer your best rate, your platform would be in a much stronger position among the white-label solutions we promote and resell under our own brand.
Thanks for your time 😉
Hey Leandro, really appreciate the thoughtful question.
Quick clarification on what’s on the table:
White-label: yes. Agency in the future will support running Aidelly under your brand for your clients. Your logo, your customer experience, your workspaces.
Reselling at a wholesale credit rate: no. That’s a different product model than the one we’re building. $0.01/credit is our public rate, and we’re not setting up a separate wholesale pricing tier for resellers on top of it. Wanted to tell you that straight up rather than leave you waiting on a quote.
If the goal is more on the referral side (you send customers, we pay commission, no operational overhead on you), our affiliate program is the right path. Happy to share the link.
If it’s actually agency-style operation (your team running Aidelly for your own clients under your brand), Agency at the standard rate covers exactly that, and white-label will be part of it.
Thanks and happy to discuss more if you have any further questions!
Thanks for your clear and honest reply.
I completely understand that I won’t be able to resell your platform as if it were my own product under the model you’re building. Even so, I’ll still be purchasing Tier 3 for internal use.
I also noticed that you’ve introduced BYOK, which effectively allows agencies to operate at near cost for credit consumption, aside from the OpenRouter markup. That’s obviously a very positive option for us as users.
At the same time, though, it seems this may significantly reduce your ability to monetize LTD customers over time, since, aside from Twitter/X connection limits, there don’t appear to be meaningful usage caps. In practice, agencies could potentially run unlimited client workspaces on your platform without generating any additional revenue for you.
That was actually the main reason behind my earlier message. I wasn’t asking for BYOK access, but rather suggesting a discounted credit structure, because it seemed like a healthier long-term model for both sides.
In any case, I do plan to use your platform, and if I see strong resale potential later on, I may come back to you with a proposal in the future, perhaps a few years from now. I already have several other tools with resale rights that I’ll be starting to commercialize soon, so for now my focus will be there.
Thanks again for your response.
I completely understand. We are looking into future ways to meet the needs of resellers while also ensuring it’s beneficial for both of us to ensure long term stability. We hear you and want to provide a win-win solution. For now our focus is on agencies looking to take in clients, but feedback like this definitely helps us a lot. Thanks!
Questions:
1. Can we bulk upload imagery for linkedin, Twitter, meta etc which we can then turn into posts instead of uploading imagery one by one?
2. Can we upload imagery for ads and then boost posts in your tool?
3. Can we bulk upload videos for tiktok or YouTube which we can then add #tags , titles manually etc?
4. Does your tool only work with an api key connected or can it work without one?
Hi Limak, thanks for the questions
1. Yes currently we support uploading up to 10 files, images, videos etc at once. The Media page is the quickest way to upload content.
2. We don’t support ad related features or ad integration within Aidelly
3. If by bulk upload you mean bulk schedule videos, no. We only support bulk schedule for text and images. I would recommend you try using our API and an automation tool for uploading bulk videos.
4. Inside the app, you don’t need to have an API key connected to use it. But if you are using it with other tools like n8n, Make, Zapier etc then yes you need an API key.
Hi, I have a few questions:
1) With the credits included, can I create only text, or also images and videos?
2) Does 1 credit cover a complete post with text, an image, and publication? Or does each action cost 1 credit, so a single post costs 3 credits?
3) Can I see examples of graphics created using the included credits?
4) With the agency plan, is it possible to sell the service as a white-label solution?
5) Will the dashboard be available in Italian?
Hi Savio, great questions
1. With the credits you can create text and images. We have a video generation feature coming, but that will be a paid-add on feature due to AI video costs.
2. We map 1 credit to USD $0.01, so the cost to generate text will vary depending on the length. Images have a set rate as well. See aidelly.ai/pricing for details on credit costs.
3. Sure! I posted this yesterday during the demo – https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=122132036373158389&set=a.122103064755158389 and here’s another to show more text – https://www.facebook.com/photo?fbid=122131710939158389&set=a.122103064755158389
4. We will offer white label solution but Aidelly is not designed to be resold. We offer affiliate program with generous commission if that is what you are interested in.
5. We are working on language options for Aidelly, right now the dashboard is English but you can use the agent in any language by prompting it in your language.
Dear Wilzer,
The most recent announcements in the EarlyBird group and via email mention that we will now have BYOK, correct?
1 – So, in that case, we no longer need to worry about credits, since we will be using our own API key?
2 – Which LLMs are supported: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini?
Thank you!
Hi thanks for the question. Yes you can now BYOK to use for all AI functions through OpenRouter
1. Since you will be using your own key, you no longer have to worry about credits, except for making X posts.
2. All of the above and any LLM that is supported by OpenRouter. They support all major ones.
Thanks!
Todas as integrações para postagens e DMs são oficiais pelas plataformas citadas?
If I am understanding your question correct (I had to translate) – yes we only use the official social platform connections.
It is possible to use a separate API key for each Workspace.
All workspaces share the same API key. We are working on update to workspaces and let you know if that changes.
Thanks, Wilzer, for responding and following up on my questions:
1. By Youtube/Tiktok bulk upload, I meant bulk video upload, not bulk scheduling. Similar to what you confirmed is possible for bulk image uploading, I am looking for something like that or similar to TikTok/YouTube platforms where you can drag 10 short videos onto the platform and upload them all at once. Then, within the platform, I can add titles, tags, etc. This helps organize and schedule more videos at once instead of uploading one video at a time.
2. To confirm, I don’t need OpenRouter to use your tool? It already comes with monthly credits that reset each month, which I can use to generate post content (titles and content)?
3. When we schedule posts on your platform, does your platform store those posts in the cloud before posting? Where is the memory for those posts stored?
4. LinkedIn: can we post on personal profiles as well as business pages using your tool?
5. On the analytics front, does your tool show post performance and overall social page numbers like total followers, etc.?
6. On the agency tier, do you have an easy way to request social access from clients? For example, a shareable link the client clicks on and then selects which social platform they want to give access to? How does access work if we need to get access from clients?
7. Does your tool have the ability to create brand voices that we can set up and then select when creating posts for brands?
8. Finally, is there any feature for seeing trends by hashtags or topics we can follow and then create content around? This could help when we want to create content around a certain niche or trend.
Hi Limak, sure.
1. Yes you can also upload up to 10 videos as well. Then you can rename them how you wish and reference them later when you are ready to post.
2. You don’t need OpenRouter, it is optional. We provide monthly credits as part of each tier.
3. Yes we store the media and post content in our database.
4. Yes you can post to both Linkedin personal and business pages.
5. We show both post performance (for platforms that allow it) as well as overall page numbers, followers, etc.
6. Right now we allow you to invite your client to the workspace where they can connect their social accounts. We plan on making improvements to this process. Thanks for the suggestion.
7. Yes each workspace has it’s own brand voice which you can customize.
8. We have a trend research tool within the chat agent, just ask it about latest trends and hashtags and it will search for the latest.
Thanks for your questions!
Forgot to ask one more thing, is it possible to lets say I upload an image and add content for a Facebook post then be able to select other connected channels to post the same content there too? for example I create for Facebook but also want to post the same post at the same time to Linkedin is that possible to simply select two channels to post the same content to at the same time?
Yes absolutely. That is one of our most common use cases. Before you send out a post you can edit and select all your connected platforms and even change the caption for each separate platform or keep them the same. The post will go out on all your selected platforms at the desired time.
What is the difference between white-labeling Aidelly and reselling it? You mentioned a couple of times that reselling is not allowed, but that white-labeling is coming.
I want to white-label it as my own app and offer it to my clients. So what exactly is considered reselling, and how is that different from selling a white-labeled version of the tool to my clients as my own app?
Reselling usually means offering to clients as a self-serve solution, while you are managing every point of the customer experience including sales, billing, support (at least tier 1 support) which includes white labeling to ensure seamless customer experience.
White label alone is a bit different in that you manage the clients brands yourself (or you might invite them to your workspace) but it’s all contained within your managed workspace and each client lives under your account.
So there are slight differences, but we designed Aidelly as a solution for marketing Agencies looking to take on multiple clients and manage them all in one place.
However we are continually refining the user experience for Agencies and our goal is to make Aidelly a great place for Agencies to manage clients, so we listen to all feedback and will have some updates coming soon, starting with white labeling and custom domain for Agency plan.
Hope this answers your question sufficiently!
Do you plan on addingReddit as a platform so we can create, schedule and publish posts? I didn’t see it as a Feature Request yet and when I tried to add it, it told me I needed an account with Aidelly.
Hi yes, we are currently in the process of working with Reddit to gain access to their API. Will share more details as they come. Thanks!
I’m planning to buy Aidelly mainly for the X integration, possibly the highest tier if I’m fully convinced.
How does Aidelly compare with Typefully in terms of X integration?
Also, it’s great that you currently offer X integration, but what about the future? Is there any chance the X integration could be removed later due to high API costs?
I’d really appreciate a detailed answer to these questions.
Thanks for your question.
I am not sure of the specifics of Typefully, but if there is a specific feature you are thinking of, please let me know.
Our X integration supports all main API functions including inbox reply and DMs, posting threads, longer posts if you have X premium, analytics down to the post level, etc.
We plan on supporting X now and in the future due to our current rate limits and posting limits that we have in place. We also charge AI credits per post. These steps are to ensure the API cost is managed properly and all our users can post within reasonable limits.
Interested in integrations with Telegram, Reddit, Mastodon — are they planned? And will it be possible to use HTML tags for posts, like, for example, Publer allows?
I also tested the scheduler a bit and would recommend adding a character limit indicator for each social network according to the post length. Currently, only the total character count is displayed.
Post previews are also a useful feature.
All three of those platforms are being planned now. No ETA but Mastodon will be next. As far as HTML tags, we don’t have that support now but it’s a good idea. Will look into it.
We just shipped out a character length indicator which should now show the character count and the limit for each platform, please refresh and take a look.
Any options to schedule out at least to up to a year? Also builk media generation is a must!
Yes you can schedule out to a year or more, and we have bulk image generation in the Bulk Schedule fill option on the Calendar and Automation pages.
If I purchase the Tier 1 plan, am I able to upgrade to Tier 3? And if so, is there a time limit for me to be able to upgrade? (Wish there was a monthly installment plan).
Yes you can upgrade, but you will have to email EarlyBird support ([email protected]) and it must be done while the deal is still live on the platform.
I’ve read the instructions on your website and would like to confirm a few things with you:
– Does each complete post (graphics, text, hashtags, suggestions) use an average of 80 credits?
– I’ve seen the images you’ve generated, and they aren’t very appealing. Can you use ChatGPT to create images that are included in the credit count?
1. It doesn’t cost any credits to post (with the exception of X). However, generating content or images with AI uses credits
2. Yes the images I shared, and all our images included in the credits are using ChatGPT Image 2.0. If you want to use a different model you will need BYOK and change the image model used.
Can I have my clients have their own BYOK, or is BYOK only from one source?
Yes your clients can bring their own BYOK and assign it to the workspace.
Is there any Video file size upload limits per video or per api request for bulk uploading videos & scheduling them across socials? Asking, since Long-form and short-form videos are very different beasts.
Video file upload size is 300 MB
Any possibility of this being expanded for agency users? Sprout Social & Vista Social’s is 2gb for example https://support.vistasocial.com/hc/en-us/articles/4409614704539-Ideal-image-sizes-and-formats-for-your-posts. Perhaps direct in-feed video limits could vary by network, i.e., YouTube 2 GB, or 600+mb for TikTok/Reels, since long-form reels are outperforming in B2b space.
Hi Jacob, yes we will look into expanding. We just updated the number of items you can upload at once from 10 to 25. We will be making more updates soon.
Is there any possibility to increase the video upload sizes specifically for long-form Reels, or YouTube? Especially for long-form platforms like YouTube, it’s very essential. 1.5 GB would be the minimum for most use cases, ideally 2 GB.
Hi Jacob, we increased the video upload sizes for Agency plan users, per your request. You can now upload up to 2GB videos for YouTube and increased sizes for other platforms also.
Thanks.
Why when I go to my Facebook page the publish author is Aidelly and not my company name?
Is there a way to change this? Especially under agency coz that exposes the tool am using to my clients.
We will see how we can change that, as that is managed by the Facebook connection. We will take a look.
What would be the connection logo and text in whitelabel plan, e.g connecting with FB – meta + aidelly icon and text is – Aidelly will receive your name and profile picture. WIll it greylabel, not mentioning Aidelly – SocialConnection will recieve your name and profile picture
Right now it mentions Aidelly because that is the app settings with Facebook. We are looking into ways to grey label it at least, but it depends on the platform.
Sorry if this question has already been answered, but there is no way to look up previous questions in the Q&A session on Earlybird. Are there any plans to deploy native integration with Telegram and WhatsApp? Thank you.
We are currently working on Telegram and Slack, with more platforms to follow including WhatsApp. No ETA at the time but yes we are planning on it.
Hey AiDelly team — love what you’re building & your responsiveness to comments and the community that’s building. I want to make a case for something I think could be a genuine category differentiator for you.
Every major scheduler — Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, Sprout — covers the same western stack. YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn. That’s it. The rest of the world is essentially unserved by polished tooling, and that gap represents a real pricing and positioning opportunity for whoever moves first.
Here’s how I see the priority order based on audience size and API availability:
VK (Russian, 100M MAU) has a surprisingly open and well-documented API. Almost no Western scheduler has clean native support for it. The Russian-speaking creator and e-commerce market is starved for good tooling and there is basically zero competition from the big names in that lane.
Niconico (Japanese, 50M MAU) has a partial API and the Japanese creator market is enormous. They are notoriously underserved by English-first tools and willing to pay premium for localized solutions. Niche Japanese SaaS products routinely generate strong MRR on small user bases simply because real alternatives don’t exist in their language.
Pinterest (520M MAU) already has a full easy API and is massively underrated for wellness, spiritual, and education content discovery. I’m surprised more schedulers don’t push this one harder.
Weibo (600M MAU) requires a Chinese business entity to access the API which makes it hard, but even a read-only analytics connection would be valuable. Bilibili (340M MAU) has no public posting API so it would need an MCN intermediary relationship, but for creators in education one of the most important untapped platforms in the world. Services serving the markets as MCNs for corporations or Multinational Corporations usually start at 3-5k/m paid annually for the most basic plans up to 10 profiles. This could be a serious market differentiator alone.
The revenue case is simple. The moment you support even one non-English platform that competitors don’t, you can charge a $20 to $50 per month premium per seat and justify it completely. Verticalized schedulers built for specific niches regularly charge $1000s per month on basic plans because they own a lane nobody else is in. Non-English platform breadth is the exact same model applied globally.
Would love to know if any of these are on your roadmap or if you see the potential in this vision
Hi Jacob, thanks for the feedback and time to write this up. We will definitely consider all these platforms as we expand our offerings. Thanks!
Hi Wilzer, I know the previous user asked about Mastodon. I interested in Mastodon and decentralized and federated social network as a whole. I am sick and tired with large social media corporations and the info they collect from us. Can you let me know if you have serious plans to add Mastodon and other decentralized and federated social network. You seem like a nice guy. I am hoping you are not just going to tell me what I want to hear. I would appreciate and respect realistic and honest response that tells me if this is high on your priority and frealistic timeline of when decentralized and federated social network can go live on Aidelly? Thank you. Ryan
Hi Ryan, we added Mastodon support last week. If there are any other social networks you had in mind, feel free to let me know.
Thank you. I am now more interested in purchasing it. There’s no other networks that I can think of right now, but if any privacy-focused federated social networks become popular, it would be good to know that you would be willing to add it. Do you know how long you’d be on early birds for? Because I’m trying to organize my finances to purchase this. So if I were to purchase, I would put an alarm for myself. Is there a closing date for your early birds listing?
Hi Ryan, yes the last day will be June 12th. And yes we are always open to new platforms, including any federated social networks. Thanks
Hi there — interesting product you have here. I have a few questions:
1. T3 Match
Do all the products/features listed on your page match T3, or are there differences I should know about?
2. Roadmap
Where can I view your product roadmap?
3. Feature Examples / Demo
Where can I see examples of your features or product in action? Do you have a demo, screenshots, videos, or sample pages?
4. New Follower DM Automation
Do you have a feature where new followers are automatically sent a DM?
5. Sustainability and Growth
How are you planning to keep improving and selling this product long-term? Are you currently growing your MRR while running your campaign?
6. Link-in-Bio / Bio Page Features
I’d like to see a link-in-bio feature similar to Fingertips, where users can build a bio page and sell digital products. Are you planning to include features like:
– Appointment scheduling
– Removing your platform branding
– Theme customization
– Advanced analytics
– Sending invoices
– Selling digital products
– Blog posts
– Unlimited contacts
– CRM integrations
– Unlimited form responses
– Broadcast messaging
– Adding or transferring a custom domain
Can we see something like this in Aidelly?
7. Viral Trends Feature
For your viral-trends feature, how does it work? Can we see something similar to TrendTok and ReelTrends, where users can discover trending sounds, hashtags, reels, TikTok trends, and content ideas before they become saturated?
