I’m working with third-party team. That’s why I want to make sure about Organization. Does it has private access or sharing?

Yes, Organizations use role-based access and permissions.
You can invite third-party users as Members and control exactly what they can access (Campaigns, Contacts, Email Accounts, Replies, etc.) through the permission settings.
By default, members only have the permissions assigned to them, so you can limit their access to specific features and actions. However, an Organization is a shared workspace rather than a completely private environment for each user. Any data or resources covered by the permissions you grant will be visible to that member.
For working with a third-party team, we recommend inviting them as Members and enabling only the permissions they need, while keeping Owner access restricted to your internal team.

Hi Parth, I chatted with you on EarlyBird FaceBook group. I realise QuickProsp has been primarily created with cold email marketing in mind. However, since you have said your product has built-in email conversation ability, where if the customer replies, the AI platform can respond back and forth in the conversation with the knowledge of your product (that you feed into it).
Like I said before, my primary intention is not to use it for cold email marketing. I would like to email existing subscribers to my newsletter. So, if there is a way to import my email subscriber list into QuickProsp, then I can send them an email something similar to an email marketing type of email, and the customers that respond, I want the QuickProsp to have a conversation with them via email using AI.
I want to be able to have that automated high-quality conversation, and I’m wondering if your tool can do that? Can you please confirm if you genuinely think what I have described can be realistically done using QuickProsp? I’m hoping you are an ethical person and will tell me if it cannot be done because it would save your time and my time. There’s no point in me buying it and then refunding it if what I’m describing cannot be done.
More importantly, I would like to know two things:
1. CONTACT IMPORT AND EXPORT
How easy is it to import contacts into QuickProsp product? And can you import by a CSV or some other form? Can you also export your contact list from QuickProsp product?
2. CRM QUALITY AND CUSTOM FIELDS
I would like to see the quality of the CRM within QuickProsp product. Are you able to share some detailed screenshots or share a screen recording of the CRM?I would also like to know if it has the option of adding custom fields to the CRM. Does QuickProsp have the option of adding custom fields for data entry – as an exampleIi might want to add a custom field called product purchased with a drop-down list or a open text field.

Thanks for laying this out so clearly – and I appreciate you wanting to save us both time, so I’ll be straight with you.
On your main use case (emailing your existing newsletter subscribers and letting the AI handle the conversation when they reply):
The AI conversation piece works today. Once someone replies, QuickProsp can carry a genuine back-and-forth over email using the product knowledge and context you feed into it.
For sending to your existing list in a newsletter/broadcast style, a one-time blast feature is in our pipeline right now. You’ll be able to connect your own SendGrid, Mailgun, or AWS SES account via API key and send from there. I expect this to ship in about 2 weeks. I want to be upfront: the AI conversation is live now, the broadcast-to-list sending is roughly 2 weeks out. If that timing works for you, then yes – what you’ve described is realistic on QuickProsp.
1. Contact import / export
Yes — import is via CSV and it’s quick. I’ll show this in the screenshots so you can see the flow and the export option for yourself rather than just take my word for it.
2. CRM quality + custom fields
We’ve built a clean CRM – not bloated with features nobody uses, but with everything you actually need to run conversations and track contacts. I’ll send over detailed screenshots so you can judge the quality directly.
On custom fields (e.g. a “Product Purchased” field as a dropdown or open text): that’s not in the CRM today, and I won’t pretend it is. But it’s a fair ask – I’ll log it as a feature request and we can plan it in.
A bit on who you’d be buying from, since trust matters here:
I previously ran a deal for my other product, Quicklead, which now has 1,800+ users. I treat my lifetime deal users exactly the same as my paid users – no second-class treatment. When Quicklead first launched it was a Chrome extension, and a lot of early supporters backed us. When we later moved to a cloud version (which costs us $5–10 per user per month just in proxy), I brought those early users along on what I’d promised them. In an organization, how many domains and subdomains can be added?
Once the campaign is set up, do leads who reply to the email need to be answered manually, or does AI respond to them automatically?
From a financial standpoint, how do you plan to make the project sustainable? Will Quickprosp be the new Instantly?

Domains: No limits here – you can add unlimited mailboxes across unlimited domains in a single organization. Scale as big as you need.
Replies: When a lead replies, it lands in your unified inbox with AI sentiment tagging (interested, not interested, OOO, etc.) so you can spot the hot ones instantly. You reply manually from there – full control over your conversations. AI auto-replies aren’t live yet, but they’re on our radar.
