IntegrationsPopHop is a fast, all‑in‑one platform for launching free or paywalled communities with chat, feeds, courses, jobs, payments, and analytics.
Community builders know the pain all too well: juggling Discord for conversations, Kajabi for courses, a separate payment processor, email tools for announcements, and analytics platforms to track it all. PopHop eliminates this exhausting tool chaos by consolidating everything into one intuitive platform. You get chat rooms, course hosting, payment processing, job boards, and analytics all working together seamlessly.
This integration means no more switching between tabs, no more syncing issues, and no more members getting lost between platforms. Your community has one home where everything lives, making it dramatically easier for members to engage and for you to manage. The time and money you save by ditching multiple subscriptions is just the beginning, the real value is in the cohesive experience that keeps members coming back.

PopHop’s course creation platform turns your expertise into structured, monetizable learning experiences that members actually complete. Unlike standalone course platforms that create disconnected student experiences, PopHop embeds education directly into your community where learners can interact, ask questions, and support each other. You can build comprehensive learning paths with multimedia lessons, assignments, quizzes, and progress tracking that guide members step-by-step through transformation.
The social learning component dramatically improves completion rates—when students learn together, they stick together. Members see their progress, earn recognition through leaderboards, and get immediate support from both you and peers when they’re stuck. This integration of learning and community creates a powerful flywheel: courses attract members, community increases completion, and successful students become your best advocates.

What if your community wasn’t just about you monetizing your audience, but about creating an economy where members can also earn? PopHop makes this vision reality with its integrated job board and peer-to-peer opportunities. Community members can post services, find freelance opportunities, hire each other for projects, and build businesses within your ecosystem. This economic dimension transforms member psychology from “what can I extract” to “how can I contribute and benefit.” When people are making money in your community, they become deeply invested in its success.
The job board features organized listings, easy applications, and targeted matching that connects talent with opportunities seamlessly. This creates network effects: as your community grows, so do the opportunities, making membership increasingly valuable and reducing churn to nearly zero.

While you could theoretically use Discord or Slack for community chat, PopHop’s native chat rooms are specifically designed for community engagement, not workplace communication. Create multiple organized chat spaces for different topics, interests, or member tiers, keeping conversations focused and valuable. Real-time messaging enables spontaneous discussions, quick questions, and that crucial sense of aliveness that keeps members checking back daily.
Unlike fragmented communication tools, PopHop’s chat integrates seamlessly with member profiles, courses, and the job board—so conversations naturally lead to deeper engagement across your entire community. Smart threading keeps discussions organized, while moderation tools ensure quality without requiring you to babysit every conversation. The result is a buzzing community space where relationships deepen and value multiplies.

The interactive feed is your community’s beating heart, a dynamic space where members share updates, insights, questions, and wins. Unlike social media feeds dominated by algorithms and distractions, PopHop’s feed is focused entirely on your community’s conversations and content. Members can post rich media including images, videos, and documents, creating engaging content that sparks discussion. Interactive polls let you gather feedback, make collective decisions, and keep members involved in community direction. The category system ensures content is organized and discoverable, while the smart moderation toolkit helps maintain quality without micromanagement.
Gamification elements like reactions and member rankings encourage participation, while analytics show you exactly what content resonates. This creates a virtuous cycle where valuable content attracts engagement, engagement produces more content, and your community becomes genuinely indispensable to members’ daily routines.

PopHop’s comprehensive analytics studio gives you x-ray vision into your community’s health and growth patterns. Track member engagement, content performance, course completion rates, revenue metrics, and retention trends all from one intuitive dashboard. Identify your most active contributors, understand which content drives the most engagement, and spot potential churn risks before members disengage.
The moderation tools work hand-in-hand with analytics, helping you maintain community quality while scaling efficiently. See which chat rooms generate the most activity, which course modules cause drop-off, and which job postings attract the most interest. These insights empower data-driven decisions about content creation, community structure, and growth strategies. Instead of guessing what your community needs, you’ll know exactly where to focus your energy for maximum impact and sustainable growth.

Hey Bird Gang 👋
I’m Tim, founder and CEO of PopHop. My journey into building community platforms started with a painful realization: what if communities could be more than just content consumption? What if creators could build sustainable businesses without burning out?
I’ve always been fascinated by how online communities shape creator success and member engagement. But I noticed a fundamental problem: creators were burning out trying to serve hundreds of members alone while managing multiple disconnected tools. That’s why I built PopHop: an all-in-one platform that makes community management sustainable and profitable.
How Did We Come Up with PopHop?
I’ve been running paid communities myself for over 2 years, managing 700+ members across multiple groups. The burnout was real. I was spending countless hours creating content, answering questions, and trying to keep everyone engaged, and it was unsustainable.
That’s when it hit me: What if we could build one platform that handles everything? Community management, course delivery, payment processing, member engagement, all working together seamlessly. Instead of juggling five different tools and burning out, creators could focus on what they do best: building great communities.
A platform that combines community building with sustainable monetization: one that grows with creators and makes running communities actually enjoyable instead of exhausting.
What Problems Does PopHop Solve?
If you’re a community creator or course builder, you’ve probably struggled with:
How Does PopHop Solve This?
We built an all-in-one community platform that combines everything creators need in one place:
How’s PopHop Going?
We soft-launched PopHop this month and the response has been incredible. Since then, we’ve:
What’s on the Roadmap?
A LOT. Our goal is to build the operating system for the creator economy. Expect:
We’re not just another community platform. We’re building the future where communities become economies, and every member can turn their expertise into income. Stay ahead of the game with PopHop.

I am very interested in getting Tier 4, but I want to find out more. If I end up charging members per month to be part of a community or to charge them for courses, how much commission do you all end up getting on total sales? Thanks so much for letting me know! And thanks so much for putting so much thoughtful work in this product. It looks amazing!!
If you purchase Tier 4, we will not charge any fees on your end. That means Tier 4 users will have 0 transaction fees.
Are there any language settings for UI localization?
Or are there any plans for them?
Right now, there’s no language localization option. We’re planning to add French and Spanish soon.
Hi, does it have Dark Mode?
Not at the moment, unfortunately.
Hi Tim, do you have plans to support the Italian language?
Well, we have already planned to add German, Portuguese, Spanish, and French as soon as possible. Beyond that, we also plan to add Italian and Bahasa Indonesia, but we’re unable to give a timeline for Italian and Bahasa Indonesia at the moment.
Hello,Could I create the sub-catagories or sub-sub-catagories in the right culomn?
Right now, you can’t create subcategories or sub-subcategories. We’re looking for a way to add that without breaking the UI, and we may include it soon.
hello, i want to know more about the paid and free community. if i purchase, i want 2 different domains or subdomains with full ssl security, ssl is a big deal. for both my paid and free communities. is this possible?, and landing page/website for my communities is really important, hopefully thats not an after thought as well?
Yes, we are about to add custom domain features, so you will be able to add a custom domain soon with SSL. We don’t have a landing page builder yet, so you may need to use a separate page builder for that.
Can you add Dark Mode please? It’s very essential
We definitely have that in our roadmap.
Interested in T4 but like others, localization is pretty important. Would like to see Arabic supported which could be slightly more challenging than other languages because it’s an RTL language (right to left). I’m not looking to have the whole UI necessarily translated, but when texting/creating conversations in Arabic are there any plans to support HTML RTL so that the text would at least appear correctly? Thanks.
We wanted to add Arabic, but it’s really challenging, so we removed it from our roadmap for now. I agree with you, though. We’ll look into your suggestion — it makes sense.
does this allow multiple instructors? Can you arrange the courses like a shop front – so a landing page with all the courses on sale? does the free and paid communities have one login. Meaning, do you have to have two different accounts/logins to manage them separately? Or can you run the free and paid at the same time, with free members offered an option to upgrade to paid.
You can switch between any community with a single login. We use a universal user account system.
Hi, I bought the Tier 4 lifetime deal yesterday, but I am having trouble activating it. Can someone please help me to enter the license key. Thank you!
Please send an email to [email protected] and I will help activate your codes.
When you say that Customer Domain is coming soon, what exactly do you mean? What capability will that give us in Tier 4?
You will be able to use your own domain for your community, so there is no need to use the PopHop domain. This will let you have a white-labeled community.
Please disregard my last question about not being able to activate my Tier 4 licenses. I was able to figure it out, so I’m set. Thank you!
🤗
Hello, I bought a level 1, but I can’t use it in Spain because it doesn’t allow any settings in Spanish and the browsers only allow conversations in English. When I write in Spanish, it gets deleted automatically. Do you plan to resolve this problem in the short term? If not, I will have to ask for a refund, which would be a pity since the offer is attractive. Thank you.
Just sent you an email. Looking forward to your reply.
Without Custom Domains and RTL it’s a hard sell altough I like it. Okay, It’s Unlimited communities on Tier 4 with how many custom domains expected?
RTL support unfortunately won’t be something we release very soon. Regarding custom domains, you will be able to add one custom domain per community.
Hello Tim, in tier 3 and 4, can i have a different custom domains for my 2 communities (free &paid)?.
For tier 3 & 4, Can i chose to have both my 2 communities, to be free or to be paid, particularly tier 4, since member cap is unlimited for both communities?
i think it will be great if we have the flexibility to have different custom domains, and the ability to chose if we want to make both communities free or paid, whatever fits our business approach. plus it gives more incentive to purchase the higher plan.
Yes, you will be able to use different domains or subdomains for your two communities.
If you purchase Tier 3 or 4, you will receive two keys, one for a free community and one for a paid community. You can’t have two free or two paid communities; it’s always a free and paid combination.
We are also happy to announce that soon you will be able to offer paid features within free communities.
Will it be fully whitelabelled including mails sent from platform, once custom domain are live?
Yes
Hello, is it possible to have 100% off recurring members inside of a paid community? I realize that might sound strange but if I already have a customer base (payment set up via another tool) and want to migrate them to a Pophop paid community where I would add paid members to later, is that possible or would payment be required from all members?
We can help onboard those people with a 100% discount code. How many members do you already have who have paid?
I know a mobile app is in plans for 2026, for now, does PopHop work on mobile browsers?
Yes, it works on mobile browsers.
Questions for you:
1. Does your platform only accept Stripe for payments? if so plans to add Paypal and other debit/credit card providers? As stripe doesnt work in many countries.
2. In the free community can we sell courses there or only in paid community?
3. Can we create courses with AI based on title or course text /pdf similar to this platform: https://skillplate.com/
4. Can we add videos from Loom url video links instead of Youtube/vimeo?
5. Can we embed courses created on our own website using iframe?
6. Can we hide certain pages e.g Job page might not be needed for some
7. Can we remove or hide reviews and review stars from courses?
8. Lets say im a business and have employees and customers and for employees I just want an internal LMS and chat portal and then separate free and paid community for customers is it possible to have a third community for LMS (Internal employees only) where we can chat internally and also have training resources for them like courses etc? if not would nice if you added that as most businesses would love that and wouldn’t need many members maybe between 30-100 would be suitable for most businesses 🙂
1. We currently use only Stripe. With us, you don’t need to have your own Stripe account — we handle payments for you, similar to how Gumroad or Skool do. We plan to add PayPal and a few other payment methods in the future, but I can’t give an exact ETA right now since we have other priorities. We can already accept payments from more than 190 countries.
2. Right now, payments are available only in paid communities, but soon we’ll add paid courses, paid events, and digital products to free communities as well.
3. No.
4. You can add videos from YouTube, Vimeo, Bunny Net, and Gumlet. Loom isn’t supported yet, but it’s a good option, so we’ll add it soon.
5. No, embedding options aren’t available right now.
6. Yes, you can control your menu to a certain extent, and I’m happy to say that full menu control will be available by next week.
7. No.
8. You can control who has access to courses and categories by using user groups.
