1st. Request a Refund and Purchase higher Tier: This option involves requesting a refund for your Tier purchase and then directly purchasing a higher Tier license.
Recommended & Faster: 2nd. Request a Refund and Use Wallet Credit: Request a refund for your purchase and choose the option to transfer the refund amount to your Earlybird wallet credit. Once the wallet credit is approved, you can use it to purchase the desire license.

Can I downgrade my purchase for a lower tier?

Yes! If you’d like to downgrade to a lower tier of a product you’ve already purchased, there are two options available: https://earlybird.so/my-account/orders/ Click Refund

1st. Request a Refund and Purchase a lower Tier: This option involves requesting a refund for your Tier purchase and then directly purchasing a lower Tier license.
2nd. Request a Refund and Use Wallet Credit: Request a refund for your desire purchase and choose the option to transfer the refund amount to your Earlybird wallet credit. Once the wallet credit is approved, you can use it to purchase the desire license.

Can I exchange my purchase for a different product?

Yes, product exchanges are possible within our refund window.
